At the head of our sisterhood stands prioress Pia Willi. She bears responsibility for the well being of the monastic community. She is supported by the sub-prioress and the council of sisters. Decisions of greater magnitude for the community and monastic life are decided by the convent, that is by the entire sisterhood. A priest-in-charge from the monastery of Disentis is responsible for mass and spiritual matters within the convent.
